Student life

At Maple International College of Secondary Studies, we recognize the city as an extension of the classroom, and we are delighted to organize multiple after-school activities every month. These activities encompass a wide range, from movie nights to museum excursions. In both the classroom and beyond, these activities are designed to enrich our students' learning journeys.

MICSS ensures that every student can enjoy one significant excursion each month. These outings include trips to iconic destinations like Niagara Falls, camping weekends in Algonquin Park, private maple syrup tours in Northern Ontario, visits to St. Jacob's Market in the Waterloo region, trips to museums, excursions to cities like Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec City, as well as visits to neighbouring countries such as the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and more. Students are provided with a dedicated account at registration, which they can use to pay for these activities and outings, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to participate.
